That wasn't my point, it's that clearly you agree that she deserves some budget for her appearance and that for some reason that budget stops at anything beyond just a simple haircut, which is pretty unrealistic for most women as three or four haircuts a year can rack up a sizeable bill, seeing as generally women's fair requires more maintenence and is much more expensive.
It's almost like you don't actually know any women.
