I think if you spent more time around women you'd know what is or isn't a typical price of getting your hair done. It's not like popping into a Turkish barbers or Krafty Kuts and getting a quick buzz around the dome for a fiver.
And there's no such thing as a clothing allowance, it's there for personal expenditure so if part of your job is looking presentable then I see no reason to exclude haircare, and given how much she spent its certainly not over the top. |
