I'm a bit torn on these buildings. Can they be saved? The cost of making them attractive to tenants would be prohibitive. They'll need to be made accessible, easy and cheap to maintain and have the facilities to attract modern businesses. Also, are the really worth saving? Are they really that special? I'm not convinced they are.
