People want taxis either next to the subway or up around GWR. >20MPH limit for Byres Road and Highburgh Road To be honest, this would only really make a difference after 7PM because traffic seldom reaches that speed on Byres Road. I've lived in the area for 18 years and this seems like a massive waste of time and money. But that's to be expected no matter what party makes up the majority of GCC.
