TitleGrocery delivery for my essential worker husband?

Hi I live out of the area at the moment and my husband who's an essential worker and needs to go out almost daily for work yet hasn't really been able to go out for groceries in weeks. I used to be able to get him to order something or I could, but now of course that's reserved for our more vulnerable neighbours. I'm wondering if I could order pick-up groceries and someone with a car (my husband doesn't have one, he uses the metro) could drop the groceries off for him. I would of course pay for the groceries online before you picked them up, and then I would pay you for your drive as well- I'm not sure what a fair pay for that would be, we could discuss it! Maybe similar to a taxi fare
