| Body | Was thinking of privately renting in a low-rise block of flats on a council scheme, the flat itself looks decent enough but is there anything to be wary of? For example the quality of 20th century council buildings (heard folk say the walls are paper thin and you'll hear your neighbours all the time) or general safety concerns (have rented in council buildings before but in a fairly small and quiet Scottish city and had some strange folk living across the halls so I am imagining that x10 in Glasgow). |
