They've been knocking down a wall and building a fence from 8am everyday this week. 10 loud punters blasting radio and using electric tools which honestly make the flat shake.. I looked up the laws and it seems they are within their rights time wise but it's Sunday and they've started banging and electric sawing at 8am as usual.
I was never notified and at my wit's end! So inconsiderate :(
