| Body | I am not a local and is recently considering buying a bike for mostly leisure purpose like trips to Isle of arran/ Bute etc. Besides I live in city centre , I will get to places in city centre by cycle.
My budget is around 500-1000 maybe lower.
My questions is what types of bike suits the road condition the best. As far as I have read, hybre bike might be the one.
Is electric bike worthy it?
How likely the bike can be stolen from streets in city centre
Any advice are appreciated. More details the better
