Title	Neighbours sanding floorboards/walls in tenements

Body	Has anyone had any experience of this before? This is the second flat I’ve lived in where someone has moved in and decided to give sanding the floors a go and it’s and incredibly noisy. I feel sorry for the folk in the flat underneath. It seems to take absolutely ages as well. I understand, the original features have a certain charm but is it really worth having all your neighbours dislike you from the outset?
