Title	Any tips on moving vans for moving home in an emergency during lockdown? (friend stuck with abusive family)

Body	I have a friend who has suffered from decades of abuse from their family and covid-19 has worsened their situation. They are looking to get out fast due to a recent incident and have a couple options with friends and living alone, but they might not get all their belongings back if they leave without them. Any advice on moving would be much appreciated.
