Body	Alright guys, me and two friends are looking to move out at the end of the year but will obviously need a HMO flat to rent. How hard are these to come by and are they usually reserved for students or? our budget each for just rent would be around £450 each max so unsure if we are being unrealistic with our budget. Any help would be appreciated.
