Title	Hell in Stalingrad - a comic being drawn locally here in Glasgow!

Body	Hi everyone I’m a Glaswegian, I’ve lived most of my life here. I’m really into comics. I used to go to Future Shock when it was at the bottom of Byres Road when I was a wee boy. I’ve been making my own comics for about two years now. I took a class in Dundee, then one at City of Glasgow. I’ve been to All the Young Nudes in Sloans and done loads of lifedrawing at [Drawing Life](https://www.drawing-life.com/) down in Partick. Finally I’ve been hired on a book! I’m the inker/assistant on Hell in Stalingrad. Exactly the sort comic I enjoy myself. I take the analogue blue line pencil artworks and scan them. Then I have been inking them digitally. Some greyscale tones are added. Finally I send the high res files back to the also-Glasgow-based artist [Russell MacEwan](https://www.instagram.com/macewan_/?hl=en) for checking, adjustments and then they go to the letterer (https://twitter.com/robjoneswrites?lang=en), who is also one of the writers. It’s been an ambitious, steep learning curve, but the comic itself is looking incredible. You can check the art out on the Kickstarter link. I feel very privileged to be a part of the team creating it. It’s cool as well that it’s too Glaswegians depicting Stalingrad. Some of Glasgow must be making its way in!
