I suppose this isn't technically Glasgow but indulge me. I've just moved back home from London and we've seen a house we like in Clarkston. It's a fixer upper and there's already multiple notes of interest. It'll probably go to closing date since the solicitor is selling on behalf of an old wifey in a home.
What are your thoughts on realistic scenario come bidding time? Do you have recent experience in the area of valuation vs sold prices? Is it inevitable that I have to bid hugely over valuation? |
