| Body | I recently had a bill from my factor that included a bill for a window replacement (a pane of glass about 10 inches x 16 for £255) which I asked for proof of. No one in the building reported the glass breakage or saw it. The window in question is one of 6 in the same door, and all the windows are equally dirty and none look new at all.
So the factor sent me their invoice, and the company doesn’t appear to exist. The address doesn’t bring up a business, and the phone number on it is a mobile which just goes to a Tesco mobile answering service.
Any advice as to what I should do next? My factor is consistently ridiculously expensive (averaging £70-80 per month) and I just don’t trust them in the slightest.
