So my girlfriend and I are currently looking into moving into a new flat. We've found one we like but it's with goodearl properties. We looked them up and the reviews are either 5 star or 1 star. I'm suspicious of the authenticity of the 5 star reviews since the 1 star reviews sound so terrible. Has anyone any experience with goodearl able to tell me what they're like? Or if you have experiences with other letting agencies you either recommend or would warn to stay way clear of?
