Body | So I'm riddled with some post-coronavirus ailments lasting seemingly forever, and I'm trying to do a dissertation after deciding that last year was definitely just the absolute perfect time to leave full-time gainful employment, and about the only good thing that's happened to me in the last three months was a dream last night that I had a lovely roast dinner with vegetarian sausages, and gravy, and roast potatoes, and - importantly - yorkhire puddings.
I really need my fix, but unfortunately the best dealer I know is 64, immune-compromised, and back home in Ireland. I would try to make it myself, but a) I fall asleep every 45 minutes like an unattended furby, b) it's nicer when someone else makes it, and c) I swear to god, if I end up making myself a roast dinner for one I honestly feel that is just about it for any pretentions I have about having any grip on reality. My regular problem-solving, emotional support person is in England (traitorous witch) so I am turning to you, r/glasgow.
I've looked at uber eats and deliveroo, but I can't see a good contender. Does anyone, anyone, know of anywhere I can get a vegetarian roast dinner delivered tomorrow to the greater Partick-ish area? |
