I've recently moved into a basement tenement flat and having some issues with air flow, we've got 2 big windows but they only open slightly at the top which means we don't get alot of fresh air into the flat. It's causing issues with drying out clothes/towels and find that they stay wet for so long that they start to smell a bit musty.
Has anyone had this issue before and know how to help our clothes dry quicker, I don't really fancy keeping radiators on when I don't need them just to help dry the clothes.
I've also looked into maybe getting a dehumidifier or heated clothes hanger but they are quite expensive and not sure if they'll do the trick properly.
Any help would be appreciated! |
