TitleWallace Street flats, still a mess like I've heard?

So I'm looking at flats in the city. And I've seen a few decent priced renters at Wallace Street. However a quick Google will bring up this Daily Record article from 2014 - https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/owners-negative-equity-trap-after-3632693

The article says these flats are plagued with crime, drug use, and even a couple of brothels run out of the building.

Is this still the case with these Wallace Street flats, or have they improved since then?

Edit: article tl:dr
