| Body | I know this is the Glasgow subreddit but I'll have a follow up question of recommendations.
I'm struggling with anxiety as the older I'm getting and it's starting to massively affect my work life to the point I'm constantly wanting to quit a job I love.
And it's hard to get A JOB these days let along be lucky enough to have a great job. Anyway I'm looking to see if there are "real" reviews here and not on a lot of the local clinics websites to see if it does the trick. Now I know this will always vary person to person but I'm wondering if some real ingrained confidence and anxiety issues can be resolved this way. I tried therapy and actually found it heighted it.
If it did work do you have recommended clinics, as usual googling just throws up a million places that means potentially looking for a needle in a haystack, I would prefer to hear some 1st hand tales. |
