Body | Back in February before all this Covid stuff, I hit a 'pothole', more of a crater, at night and it caused nearly £1K worth of damage to my car. I collected all the invoices for everything, had dashcam footage, got lots of photos etc, and submitted a claim to the council using their form / email. Then Covid started, and I now haven’t heard back for 8 months, not even a reference number I was told I would get within a few months. Obviously, their whole department will have been thrown in the air when lockdown started, however I've sent other emails asking what’s happening and haven’t gotten any response. Their phone line has been taken down now, to prioritise other departments.
So, anyone have any ideas about what I can do, or am I screwed? |
