| Body | Hello everyone. I am on a quest to find a means of sourcing a document my mum has talked about for the last 30 yrs. More so since we, as a family, returned to Scotland to take her home for one last time in 2018. It was a party of 9 traveling from the east coast of the USA (let me just say I still love my family after the trip).
She has been mentioning more frequently, that when she left the John Neilson Institute in Paisley at the age of 15 she never received her early leaving certificate. I realize the Neilson Institute has combined with another high school nearby but I was wondering if there would be a resource to get a leaving certificate for her as a gift? I know she attending until 1948 so we are talking a long time ago. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
