Noticed that over the past few weeks a lot of flats on rightmove seem to be coming up as reduced price. Seems like it’s even in quite popular locations like Shawlands. Does anyone know what’s causing this, did people just overestimate the post lockdown market? Is the expectation still that you would offer over the home report value for these flats?
