Title	How many of you are travelling between councils?

Body	This is the first time I’ve been aware of a number of people misinterpreting or just ignoring the guidance not to travel between tier 3 councils in the central belt. Obvious examples are people outwith GCC going to Silverburn, all the recommendations that person was getting recs for skating rinks. Has this not been communicated clearly enough?
