Title	Getting the most out of Cycle2Work for cycling in Glasgow

Body	Apologies if this is not relevant. Just got approved for a Cycle2Work scheme through my employer. My only experience of cycling in Glasgow is through the free thirty minutes bike rides using Nextbike, and that only in the bright and dry days of the summer. For a newbie wishing to ride in the city and hopefully explore the suburbs in the future, I would appreciate any suggestions on what I should get out of the scheme in terms of accessories? Thanks!
