Title	Difference between gas heating and electric

Body	Some of you maybe saw my earlier posts about real estate market, I have been checking ads on the internet, and I saw some houses has electric heating. I wonder about the numbers, like small apartment heating and cooking with gas, let say 50 and if it was electric it should have been 90 ? Thanks in advance. have a great Friday :)
