| Body | So joys of not working again & I've turned into isa.. heard a neighbour chap another's door earlier & complain about the noise from above apparently loud banging noises all night (he asked if they had a dehumidifier that they were moving about?) The couple in question keep themselves to themselves & have a young baby, they are in no way troublesome party people neighbors. In general what can be done about this? We live in a tenement & I know myself most moves I make involve a creaky floor & basic noise even when I try to be quiet. I've always took it as part of flat living? Tbh I felt a bit sorry for her as she doesnt speak much English . How is it dealt with though when complaining about noises above? |
