I have lived in the west end, the city centre, and now the south side. Always, and always have been plagued with one neighbour that plays music so loud regardless of the time of day? Is it just me? Seriously I moved to the south side to a nice quiet street, and kne of my neighbours is blasting DMX so loud that I can hear every single word. Why? Are people deaf? Seriously its bizarre
