Title	Does anyone work for track and trace/Covid19 call centre?

Body	Hi guys, my girlfriend got a text on Tuesday asking her to self isolate till the 26th. Called them up and they can't find anything in their records for her. We keep getting promised a callback but not getting one and it's been about 28 hours since we first called. Any help or advice would great. The dates don't tie up with anything and we're both working from home/not doing anything so it's highly unlikely but it's gonna stop us from seeing family tomorrow.
