I've just purchased my first pair of running shoes in preperation for potentially doing a sprint triathlon in 2021. I was thinking of trying a park run but not sure what to expect. Tollcross would be my closest. Would I likely get muddy? I'm sure to be the slowest /last. Does that matter?
