TitleHas the city centre removed a third of on street parking yet?

I don't live in the city yet but I was following the news a few months ago that Glasgow city centre was removing a third of on street parking, and cars would instead be directed to the nearby car parks that are rarely over half full. Has progress been made? Imagine if instead there were street trees and more space for walking and outdoor seating in non-winter months.
