TitleAnyone else annoyed at Partick Housing Association blaming residents for bins being too full?

It's been reduced how often the bins are taken out and are now they're sending letters to landlords claiming residents aren't 'taking responsibility'. Where the fuck else are we meant to put rubbish when the bins are full?
