TitleHome help Covid advice

Thought I'd ask in here as it's the Glasgow council area and rules or procedures might be specific to the area.

My mother is a home help ( or whatever the current term is) one of the people she visits has tested positive for covid. The boss has said she has still to attend and wear a face shield..... These people obviously still need care but the home helps are not trained medical professionals and are we in and out of alot of different elderly households throughout the day/week. There doesn't seem to be any guidance from her boss.

My suggestion of lob a roll and sausage through the door and bolt wasn't very welcomed.

Anyone have any first had experience of being a home help/ using one during the lockdowns/ procedures for covid cases?
