| Body | After the recent issues around road gritting and bins not being emptied, it appears that the council and councillors will be giving us the cold shoulder with regards to a response.
Our neighbourhood is a shite tip with cardboard being blown everywhere. This is on top of how much of a shite tip it is already.
I am so tired with paying GCC and getting such a poor service.
From what I have read, the council gyms are an arm's length org that seems to work quite well? Could the council not be further broken up? |
