| Body | Can anyone explain if there is a reduced amount of road repairs happening because of COVID? I work in the north of the city, live in the south and drive between these two parts, including the city centre, on an almost daily basis. The condition of the roads is absolutely nuts, huge potholes and wide areas of the streets almost completely ripped up and hazardous.
Highlights include Polmadie Road, JNC 21 of M8 (slip road you use to get back onto M8 and go onto M77), Nitshill Road (approaching Spiersbridge roundabout), Eglinton Street, Pollokshaws Road, and basically any intersection or traffic light junction, take your fucking pick.
Colleague of mine bust a tyre the other day and I've only managed to avoid it by driving like a fucking highly focused rally driver at all times. It's actually like driving in a third world country, it's embarrassing. |
