Title(RANT) Anyone else feel like a second class citizen because they don't have a car during Covid?

Been living in Glasgow for a long time and never felt the need to have a car here as the trains and buses covered any outdoor activities like hiking and cycling far away from the city.

During Covid though I've noticed that even during "supposed" lockdown, the wee cars are fanning about in the city and I've heard reports that Loch Lomond was busier than the T in the Park festival yesterday from day-trippers.

I've been trying to get driving lessons and take the tests however the boffins at Holyrood have made that very difficult, forbidding lessons and cancelling my book theory test twice now.

I suppose it's easy for the police to fine people taking the train out of city because it's controlled at the stations, however the car owners can freely basically travel where they want.

So that all, just a rant, feel free to upvote or downvote depending on whether you completely disagree or sympathise with this.
