I understand it's a pretty broad question, but I am getting desperate and I want to help my girlfriend somehow. She's been having UTI symptoms for over 2 weeks now (Urinary tract infection). GP prescribed an Antibiotic which she took for a week and nothing changed. She had 2 urine tests done and both came back negative. When the GP at the Queen Elizabeth hospital saw that she just told her "Yeah your bladder is probably inflamed but it will be alright". She is not alright she has been in constant pain and can't even sleep.
We just can't find any help about this anywhere. Phoned our GP practice this morning at 9 and they said they'll call some day. I want her to see a urologist or a gynecologist but first we need to see the GP who then needs to decide if she can go or not.
I know this is a very medically loaded question but if anyone can help out I would really appreciate it.
