| Body | Hey guys, not sure if this is allowed here, but I'm running out of options.
I'm searching for a therapist in the Glasgow area. There isn't much info available online for getting one in Scotland, not without payin through the nose.
Anyone have any tips on how to get therapy on the NHS? My doctor won't refer me, just keeps telling me to call breathing space and obviously that's not gonna hp anything long term.
