| Body | Looking for advice on who the best people to call would be.
My flat is in a tenement of mostly owners and we self factor by paying into a communal pot and texting a group chat to check we all agree to works.
Recently we've all had it up to here with our street door not closing properly. In the last year someone's bike has been stolen, we've had all kinds of people in and out of the close and someone took a dump in our basement. It was real nasty.
Problem is we can't agree on why the door doesn't shut properly anymore.
I've just got the bit between my teeth coming off getting our roof leaks fixed and ordering more recycling bins and want to organise someone to take a look at the problem and get some quotes. But I have no idea who to call.
Should I call a joiner? A locksmith? A secure entry technician?
Has anyone with a similar problem fixed it and if so who was the right trade group to contact?? |
