My girlfriend and I will be attending our first ever viewing on Thursday, at a property which was formerly the Beresford Hotel.
We’ve arranged the viewing through KPM Residential, and wonder if anybody can speak for them being a good agent to rent through?
One of our primary concerns is being declined the property because of our cat. Both on the listing, and the website of KPM residential, states no information about pets. What might we expect?
