Dresses like Liam Gallagher. Talks like him too. He's about 20. He's threatened to "do" everybody in this close if people start talking, included a very old man and his ill wife. Wee Liam lives with somebody like a lodger. How can I can get him away? Threatening "stopping paying the rent" had our local housing association up at the door, so that's a no-no. Police have been called by the old folks. Guy is in and out so they can't grab him (??). So how do we all get rid? Thanks.
