I'm having a bit of a nightmare trying to speak to anyone about this and have been going round in circles for weeks now, wondering if anyone had a number for the Greater Glasgow and Clyde health board vaccination line or any other advice?
I'm in group 6 but haven't received an appointment letter due to GP not having correct information (not just address, health info so an appointment was never generated). I got that corrected and the GP said I should fill out the missing appointment webform to flag it with with the health board. Did this and got a response saying the health board had no record of it and to phone the helpline in a week if I didn't hear anything.
Didn't hear anything so phoned the number, followed the options for missing appoinent but that line is apparently only for helping people who have an appointment, just didn't get the letter. Was told to phone back again but try a different option. That was then just the info line who just give generic info. Told to ring back again and go back to first option. They then transferred me to the health board, they said I'd come to the wrong place and they would transfer me but then it just cut off after 20 mins waiting.
Have tried phoning about 5 times now and am just going in circles. Have trawled through the GG&C website and the only contact number is that general covid line I've already tried. Anyone got any ideas before I contact my MP/MSP? |
