| Body | Does refuse for general household waste have to be bagged before tossing it, or can I just load everything into a large rubble sack and toss it unbagged? Everything will be considered acceptable going by the website, just uncertain of the rules as it's a bit strict where I usually live in England.
Looking to dump some stuff now that bulk pick up isn't done in the same way it used to be, but just don't want to waste plastic bin bags if I can avoid it.
