| Body | I may be moving to Glasgow for work (great job op). I don't really know the city at all, only visited a couple of times in the centre. I currently live in SW London near Kew. Was looking for some recommendations on quiet places to live in Glasgow, which still have good access via train to the centre? Parking not an issue as I don't have a car. I guess I've got fantasies of a lovely period tenement block (on the top floor!) but I think they are in all areas of the city. I would rent initially then maybe look to buy - budget for that would be about 300k.
By quiet I guess I mean areas with limited students (I'm in my early 40!) not loads of noisy bars etc. Traffic noise not such as issue! |
