As title says, moving to Glasgow for work from Ireland. Have a full-time remote job confirmed, starting towards the end of May. Currently looking for rooms. Any tips or pointers in this vein?
Particularly with regards the letting process. I have a very good employers reference, and HR confirmation of the job itself. Will this suffice in lieu of a relevant landlords reference? Been living at home last few years. Have some savings to cover deposit, and potentially a couple of months rent up-front.
Apart from that, any dos and don'ts for living in your fine city?
