TitleSky delaying installation due to top floor flat!

Hi,
Recently phoned Sky to get them to install. Made them aware that it was a flat on the phone and that it was top floor, along with providing address. Yesterday took the day off work for the engineer to come out to say he can’t do it as needs to be two of them (fair enough for safety) Sky have now pushed the date back even further. I did contact after but kept getting someone that wasn’t in the UK to complain, as it should’ve been flagged beforehand.

I also found it odd that Sky said the engineer wouldn’t enter flat which had me worried I’d not install correctly but he did, anyone had Sky installed recently did they stay outside or?

Contract with them is due to end in July, anything we can do about the lost service or getting a better deal/ something from them?
