Title	Why do someone randomly shout in my neighbourhood ?

Body	I have recently moved to the Merchant city area and I am baffled at the random shouts on the streets. It will be a normal calm day or night and suddenly I would hear someone shouting. I can never understand the words. But it is very strange. I have lived in UK for more than 5 years now and Glasgow has by far baffled me with this. Am I going crazy ?
