TitleQuay collapses along the River Clyde

Does anyone know why there are so many damaged sections of the quay wall along the River Clyde? Why has nothing been done about it yet?

One part of the Anderston Quay collapsed in 2013 (it has since been fixed). The quay wall between the Kingston and the Tradeston bridges is still waiting for renovation after it collapsed in 2014. Further away, a part of Adelphi street collapsed in 2017 too. What has caused the damage, and who is responsible for repairing it?
