I am originally from the south side of Glasgow and I am wanting to purchase a new build apartment located near maryhill. It’s on hathaway street. I’ve always wanted to live in the westend. Now I have been told it’s more near north kelvin side. Can someone please advise me on the area as I have been told maryhill has had a notorious reputation for violence. Please let me know pros and cons.
