I'm about to be evicted from my flat as landlord is selling (2nd time this has happened to me in 3 years) - the stress from this happening once again as well as the uncertainty of renting privately & never feeling fully settled is really becoming a bit too much for me and I'm trying to figure out my options.
I'm 33 and working 25hrs a week I have no family in the country to help me out or to stay with temporarily and I have no savings. What are my chances of getting a housing association flat realistically?
I'd ideally like to stay near charing x as my mosque is here as are my friends/support network but I'm guessing the waiting list is much longer than say Govanhill Housing Association?
