Title	Found a phone, any tips on how to find owner?

Body	I found an iPhone today and would like to return it to the owner but it’s locked and there’s no emergency details saved. I’ve swapped sims to try and get Siri to tell me who owns it but it’s not working, I called the service provider and gave them the IMEI but the phone isn’t registered with them. I can’t drop it off to my local police station until Tuesday so I’ve just charged it and left it on hoping someone will call. Anyone have any other tips to find the owner?
